The election results.

The BIG question, as I thought on seeing the exit poll, is what will Boris now do with his POWER. What I notice is that when given POWER the 'People' know what they want as indicated by the 2016 Referendum, more recently the jury's verdict on Chief Superintendent David Duckenfield and now this General Election. Normal people, not those displayed on TV vox pops, know what they want and have more sense than many of our politicians and legacy media (especially the BBC) give them credit for. To improve the governance of this country the 'People' need real POWER all the time which is why we so desperately need our six demands. If the 'People' want permanent POWER then we are all going to have to DEMAND it.

  1. He will do whatever he wants. Our desires have been shelved and our voices muted for 5 years. He could very well be another Liberal in Conservative clothes just like Dave.

  2. You could well be right and without our six demands there is little we the 'People' can do about it.

  3. It seems to me Niall that people have very short memories. I wrote a letter to the papers saying just three months agao people were angry that they'd been betrayed. Manifestos had been dishonoured. Yet promise another election and make more promises and all is forgiven.

My point being if promises can be so willfully ignored by one lot, they can be ignored by all. Yet parliament is new and shiny. We can all move on and get on with our lives.

  4. I agree the perception, supported by the hopeless legacy media, is that this parliament is new and shiny whereas the foundations of are governance are rotten to the core which is why we need THA.
